Lumina Aesthetics allows full cancellation or rescheduling at zero penalty up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
1. Free 24-Hour Notice Window
To ensure optimal specialist availability, please submit cancellation or rescheduling requests through the online Patient Portal or via telephone at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with under 24 hours notice or unattended without notice will be recorded as late cancellations and may require advance reception confirmation for future bookings.
3. How to Reschedule Easily
You can log into your Patient Portal account at any time, locate your active appointment, and click "Reschedule" to select a new convenient time slot instantly.
